📣 We Are Hiring –Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experience.Lead and manage the front-of-house team; maintain fine-dining service standards.Work closely with the chef on menu execution and guest feedback.Manage budgets, cost control, and overall restaurant performance.Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.Handle reservations, VIP guests, events, and supplier relationships.Qualifications:10+ years of restaurant management experience.Fluent in French (mandatory).Strong background in French cuisine and fine dining.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.Experience working in Africa is a plus.
