With strong experience in hospitality management and an international business network, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and exceptional guest experience.To support the launch and successful operation of our restaurant, we are now searching for a Restaurant Manager – a motivated and responsible professional who is passionate about hospitality and capable of building a strong team from the very beginning.🔹 Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bergen, Germany.The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:Opening and overseeing the restaurant launchPlanning staff schedules and preparing working timetablesManaging daily operations of the restaurant and maintaining service standardsCommunicating with suppliers and coordinating deliveriesHiring and supervising the team membersEnsuring smooth workflowHandling administrative and operational tasks related to the restaurantFulfilling other tasks related to the overall management and development of the restaurant and hotel🔹 QualificationsExcellent knowledge of English and German languagesKnowledge of Russian language is an advantagePrevious experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadershipStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsReliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team🔹 What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and international working environment where commitment, creativity, and professional growth are highly valued.
