A character, a storyteller?Do you want to be part of a globally recognized brand that has been entertaining for over 100 years?Join the audition and start scripting your own story at Paramount Hotels!Job Purpose:Restaurant Reservation Agent is the beginning of an exceptional guest experience who will make guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional dining experience when they arrive.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle queries through telephone, fax, and emailCommunicate in a clear and effective mannerBe familiar with the all outlets, its menu and should be able to sell best to our guestsEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through suggestive selling techniquesRecommend property dining outlets and assist guests with information and special requestsBook restaurant reservation requests, facilitate taking guest room delivery orders, and input information accurately into the proper systemsContribute to departmental standards and best practicesConsistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service Provide lateral service within the hotel whenever neededArrive at work well groomed, prepared and display enthusiasm Well prepared for a long day contribution and utilize time effectivelyQualifications and Experience:Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basisPrior admin experience Well-versed with programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher or CanvaShould be able to work under pressure in a customer service environmentMust be flexible and ability to work long hoursCreative and positive mind set2 years minimum experience working in a multicultural / 5 star hotel environment
