If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with guests, we’d love to hear from you!Greet all guests with a smileProvide friendly and exceptional guest service at all timeBe aware of all promotions, specials and current pricingMake drinks according to our recipes and specificationsProvide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely mannerInform guests about current menu and bowling specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the dining experienceRecord all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue soldMaintains security of all bar supplies and inventoryFollow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problemsEnsure work areas remain clean, organized and presentable; Exceed all Splitsville’s cleanliness standardsAdhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and proceduresMaintain record of daily operations as required with communication book, daily bar counts, and checklistsOther duties as requiredTo Be Successful You Will Have:Serving it Right CertificateA passion for guest serviceLove to bowlFriendly, energetic, positive attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe a team playerThe ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure.Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)The Who...
