Retail Assistant

Sales/Promotion Management- Executing of consumers and sales promotion campaigns to ensure that monthly sales targets are met.- Provide a high level of service to customers and build good rapport with Floor sales staff of outlet assigned.- Increase sell-through, through product demonstrations.- Close monitoring of stock with prompt ordering and clearing of slow-moving stock- Attend to walk-in customers’ queries and sale of Canon range of products.- Provide support to major show/training programs/seminars as assigned.Administration- Provide Market Intelligence and prompt feedback on competitors’ activities, promotions and price changes.- Submit all sales incentives and time sheet on time. - Handle customers’ complaints and requests.Display/Merchandising- Ensure in-store displays are up to date and according to Company’s direction and brand guidelines.- Liaise with outlet on Display space allocation and support.- Maintain cleanliness of displays and the surrounding space.Requirement· At least O Level and above Qualifications· Great communication skill and have a pleasant disposition.· Able to work on weekday, weekdays and public holiday based on schedules.· Comfortable to interact with customers.· Comfortable to work on retail hours.· Comfortable to take on a contract role of 12-month renewable basis· Able to commit onsite at Retail sites
