If You AreReliable, dynamic, proactive and curiousA team player who loves to juggle between operational and accounting tasks Able to work on different topics with a high sense of ownership while continuously improving the way of working in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about a career in the business support and about developing the operational mindset in a department, willing to understand the business and processes and bring additional value to our subsidiaryThen you must be the right person to join us as a “Retail Back Office Controller” for the Swiss market!You will be successful in this role by accomplishing the following challenges:Be in charge of accounting tasks for the department (bank transfers confirmation, payments reconciliation and clearing, payment lettering for the e-com activity …)Perform operational controls over sales and financial transactions of the boutiques you are in charge of among our 12 MaisonsBe the contact point of the stores for operational processes and controls Plan and monitor inventories and related stock movementsBe involved in different internal projects Your Invaluable Skills We Are Looking ForYou hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplinesA first professional experience (internship incl.) in a finance position (controlling, accounting…) or in the retail industry Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, organized and a positive thinkerGood communication with strong facilitating skillsYou speak French and English fluently.
