Retail Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365Position Title: Retail Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Retail Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong hands-on experience in building, customizing, and supporting retail solutions across physical stores and digital channels.In this role, you will enhance POS capabilities, streamline retail operations, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. You will collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure scalable, high-performing, and compliant retail systems.Key Responsibilities• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce solutions to meet evolving business needs.• Build, enhance, and maintain integrations with POS, ERP, E-Commerce, payment gateways, and external third-party systems.• Create and extend custom features using D365 F&O / Commerce SDK, including POS Extensions, CRT, and CDX.• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using X++, C# .NET, and TypeScript as required.• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, operational defects, and performance issues.• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with best practices.• Collaborate closely with QA teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and adhere to Microsoft development standards.Requirements• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably within Retail/Commerce environments.• Strong expertise in:Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)Retail / Commerce modulesCommerce SDK, CRT, CDX, POS Extensions• Solid development experience with X++, C# .NET, and API-based integrations.• Familiarity with the full D365 development lifecycle and tools, including:LCS, Azure DevOps, Extensions, Build & Deployment pipelines• Strong SQL and database skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.Nice to Have• Experience with omnichannel or E-Commerce integrations.• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).• Exposure to retail projects (loyalty systems, warehouses, stores, payment gateways).• Relevant Microsoft certifications.Why Join Us?You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our retail technology ecosystem.
