Retail Floor Supervisor

Location: Abuja, Cross RIver, Enugu, Lagos and RiversEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesOverseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff membersPerform performance evaluation for staff members supervisedImplementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.Manage all customers’ requests, comments, and complaints offline and onsite and escalate where necessary.Manage social media handles of the companyTraining new staff members and scheduling shifts.Ensure that a clean ambiance of the outlet is maintained all through the day.RequirementsHND or B.Sc Degree in related field3 - 10 years relevant experience in similar role.Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.Demonstrable experience in social media accounts managementExceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in managing online customers on social media platforms will be an added advantage.Application Closing Date28th February, 2025.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their application and CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the Job title as the subject of the email.
