AWWG continuously evolves, pushing the limits and defying the status quo to create value through innovative, aspirational, and sustainable products that prioritize excellence, craftsmanship, differentiation, and quality.The project!As a Retail HRBP, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class employee experience by being people-centric and empowering our Retail talent, thus helping the business increase both its profitability and brand equity. You will work collaboratively with Retail leaders to align HR strategies with the company’s goals, ensuring that people practices drive overall success. This role involves a strong focus in Labor Relations.What will the role entail? Influence and build relationships with people around the business: you will visit or mantain contact regularly to store staff, and will coach and provide feedback to management to help improve business efficiency, challenging others to get to the root of people issues.Our top company priority is to ensure the best employee experience.We aim to foster a workplace where employees thrive, contribute their best, and drive the company forward, while aligning HR practices with strategic objectives.We strive to provide excellent service in key areas: listening, creating and adapting to deliver solutions and continuous improvement to our teams.Strategy: plan and Design of HR strategy with retail area.Analysis: constant analysus of the situation of the teams and possible areas of improvement.Life cycle resolution: active participation in conflict management, legal regulation and resolution.Cycle of the employee: active participation in promotions, movements, dismissals, resignations, maternities and paternities, different permissions...To provide guidance on people practices: you will give support in labour law issues, payroll and Union Committees, with the advice of HQ specialist.What do we offer?Corporate remote work policy and flexible working hours. Experience in the Fashion/Retail sector will be valued. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business. Administration or similar. Advanced English level (min. B2-C1)Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point) skills
