Ripple+ is committed to delivering accessible luxury and wellness experiences that resonate with modern consumers.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Retail Intern to join our London team for a 3–6 month full-time placement, with the potential for extension or transition to a full-time role. This is an On-site role in Camden, London. Remote work is not available.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in retail merchandising, experiential marketing, and sales operations while supporting Ripple+’s growth across key retail partners.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct retail visits to monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, and communicate new product launches.Track outstanding payments across all accounts, coordinating with retailers to ensure timely collections.Research and identify new retail prospects to expand Ripple+’s footprint.Assist with order processing, invoice generation, and shipment coordination.Support creation and delivery of POS materials, sales decks, and product line sheets.Prepare performance reports and provide insights to optimize the retail experience.Assist with planning and execution of retail activations, events, and sampling sessions.Add new wholesale and retail partners to the online Stockist Locator upon onboarding.Support contracts, partnership letters, and NDAs for key retail partners.What We’re Looking ForStrong interest in retail, merchandising, and experiential marketing.Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident with excellent communication skills.Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Based in the UK with the ability to commute to Camden office daily.Enthusiastic about wellness, lifestyle brands, and customer engagement.What You’ll GainHands-on, real-world experience in retail, merchandising, in-store activations, and sales operations.Insight into building a lifestyle brand, learning how Ripple+ engages customers and establishes a strong retail presence.Exposure to exciting brand growth initiatives, including new product launches, retail events, and marketing campaigns.Professional development opportunities: chance to develop key skills in retail, sales, and marketing.Career progression potential: this 3–6 month placement offers the possibility of extension or transition into a Retail Account Associate role.Meaningful impact: contribute directly to Ripple+’s UK expansion and see your work reflected in real-world results.Commitment: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, On-site (Camden).
