Job DescriptionAs a Retail Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our retail partnerships. You will lead a team of associates, drive strategic cooperation agreements, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. Your focus will be on securing long-term collaborations, developing new revenue streams, and enhancing the overall client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesStrengthen and expand cooperation agreements with existing retail partners. Ensure all data partnerships align with the Partnership Program framework. Deliver exceptional service through your team and digital platforms. Identify and recruit strategic new retailers; enhance data inputs (e.g., promotional data). Drive sales growth, renewals, and accurate forecasting of revenue pipelines. Deepen penetration of the NIQ/GfK solution portfolio and foster third-party alliances. Develop strategic insights into retailer industries, markets, and clusters. Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to define and execute Account Plans. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve targets and grow professionally. Align company value propositions with evolving customer needs and market trends. Implement global and regional strategies effectively and drive organizational change. In-depth understanding of the current challenges faced by the Retail Industry. Excellent problem solving/analytical skills, able to see the big picture and to think out-of-the-box. A good balance between hunter (business development) and farmer (servicing) profile. Excellent people management and management skills. Information seeking mentality and high level of eagerness to learn. A winning spirit with a true passion for Retail(ing). Digital omnivore, embracing innovation wholeheartedly. Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.
