Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Lighting Showroom Manager located in Johns Creek, GA. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the lighting showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for clients. Responsibilities include managing showroom displays, driving sales, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The manager will also work to develop strategies to optimize showroom performance and meet sales goals. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience to ensure a welcoming and engaging environment for clients.Experience in Sales and driving revenue while maintaining a customer-first approach.Knowledge of managing and organizing Showrooms for optimal product presentation and functionality.Leadership abilities and experience in team management, coaching, and staff training.Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Familiarity with lighting products or home improvement industries is an advantage.Availability to work on-site at the Johns Creek, GA location.
