Our mission is to make technology and equipment's that improve life comfort accessible to all customers.Our marketing team is growing, therefore, we are looking for a Retail Media Sales Manager with business development/sales expertise, to join our company.Key Responsibilities:Manage and implement retail media platform online and offline to offer advertising space for brandsCollaborate internal teams to ensure the successful technological integration of retail media platformDevelop and optimize strategies by creating advertising offersCreate campaign plans and oversee their execution via dedicated platformAnalyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities to increase revenueBuild relationships with brands and agencies to expand the advertising partner networkContinuously monitor market trends to adopt the most effective retail media solutionsRequirements:3+ years of experience managing retail media platforms or working in advertisingProven experience in creating and selling digital advertising spaces for revenue generationHands-on experience with platforms such as Footprints AI, Citrus Ads, Google Ads for Retail, and other similar solutionsExcellent communication skills to negotiate partnerships with brands and advertising agenciesAdvanced analytical and reporting skills for evaluating campaign impactAbility to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple teamsWe expect all candidates to send us the application documents by the 20th of November.Recruitment and selection steps:Submitting applications by the 20th of NovemberAll application documents will be reviewed by the 30th of November and only applicants fulfilling all job and profile requirements will be considered eligible for next stepEligible applicants will be invited to take a written assessmentFinal interviewApplication documents needed:CVCover letter submitted by the candidate telling us why you want to be part of Altex and what personal and professional qualities you can bring.
