Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for 2 new colleagues to strengthen our Retail Team in Bulgaria.Job locations: Stara Zagora, Blagoevgrad MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general support to the Field Salesmen, overseeing all aspects of retail projects and activities in the marketplace.Build relationships with retailers in your specific district.Ensure sales goals are achieved by actively coaching our retail partners onsite.Participate in the planning and execution of retail activities.Increase brand and product knowledge and expertise.Maintain the branded areas clean and tidy for premium presentation of the brandProvide a wide range of retail data analytics, including weekly retail sales reports, monthly summary, other retail monitoring reports.TRAINING AND COMMUNICATIONAttends all required training sessions and provides feedback, information and recommendations to help improve trainingsMakes presentations to employees regarding existing processes or future processes that need to be implementedAssists new employees with completing required training/tasks upon requestMay conduct or assist in delivering trainings and/or presentations on the functioning of department processes or on general administration issuesActs as a team member providing information, analysis and recommendations to support team efforts.RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK• Comply with the legislation in force regarding labor protection;• Participate in labor protection training organized periodically;• Immediately notify the hierarchical superior of the occurrence of a work accident.JOB REQUIREMENTS• Sales or retail experience – 2 years.• A social and inspiring salesperson with a can-do attitude.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English.Please submit your CV in English.
