Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to Operation DepartmentProcess and manage sales orders, invoices, and other related documents.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and inventory levels.Assist with data entry and reporting, including generating sales reports and analyzing sales data.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is a must Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
