This position ensures that boutiques operate at the highest retail standards, leveraging insights, tools, and action plans to maximize sales, elevate client experience, and support long-term business growth.This role is a maternity cover, with a possibility of extending to the full-time role.Your contribution:Reporting and Performance Boost• You will systemize and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly market/boutique performance reporting, including flash reports, productivity analysis, and KPIs.• You will develop and deliver monthly reporting and rankings for markets, C-level management, and the board.• You will support annual and quarterly budget reviews and contribute to the preparation of Strategic Plans.• You will provide weekly and monthly business analyses from boutique to market level, monitoring economic and competitive trends.• You will drive adoption, accuracy, and continuous improvement of boutique dashboards and key pillars for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers.• You will manage and track retail boutique network expansion, closures, and refurbishments.Retail Reporting & Insights• You will prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business performance reports, including KPIs, category trends, and latest estimates.• You will run and analyze ad-hoc reports to support business needs and leadership requests.• You will consolidate, systemize, and optimize reporting and processes related to boutique events, KPIs, and product performance on a monthly basis.Administrative & Support Duties• You will prepare global retail weekly meetings and monthly one-to-ones with markets.• You will ensure the execution of all tasks related to boutique reporting back-end and boutique visibility on the website.Cross-Functional Projects• You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and CRM teams on initiatives improving operational excellence and retail performance.Do you think there is even more to discover in this role?
