Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to lead the development and execution of online and retail store installment credit card usage promotions. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail partnerships, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to market trends for fast-paced campaign delivery.Job DescriptionPlan and execute credit card usage campaigns focused on online and retail store installment categories.Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to develop compelling promotional offers.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure campaign relevance.Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize future promotions.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.Prepare reports and presentations summarizing campaign results and market analysis for management review.Support ad-hoc projects related to partnership marketing and promotional strategies.Qualifications.Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing and privilegesProven track record of a self-starter who can think out of the box and autonomously execute projects in a fast-paced environment.Fast learner adapts well to and is energized by change.Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiatives.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to acquire hosts on our platform.Able to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects.Be a team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethics.Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders.Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with fluency in Thai and EnglishProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, MS team.Good Positive Attitude.
