About the RoleAs a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing sales and communicating these strategies to the team. Your primary objective is to ensure the team achieves sales targets and to find solutions for any field-related obstacles. You will also be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales reports.What will you be doing?Strategy & Results: Develop, implement, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to ensure the team consistently hits ambitious targets.Performance & Analysis: Conduct regular market and sales analysis to inform promotional strategies and maximize revenue. Actively coordinate with Store Operations to drive performance.Profitability & Operations: Master inventory management (forecasting, stock-taking, shrinkage control) and efficiently manage store budgets and operational expenses.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop store teams through coaching, performance reviews, and setting a high standard for customer service and operational compliance.What do we look for?Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role or 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry.Willing to be located in JabodetabekAbout Kawan Lama GroupEstablished in 1955, Kawan Lama Group is a multi-sector group of companies who are constantly innovating for improving the quality of lives.
