The Retail Store & Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day retail operations in person and also on the brands webshop, ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient sales processes. This role will also involve managing and promoting the brand on social media platforms, coordinating with team members.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Retail Sales and a deep understanding of consumer behaviorProficiency in Organization Skills, including time management and multitaskingFamiliarity with social media management tools and platforms + Shopify & CanvaCreative mindset and attention to detailPrior experience in a similar role is an advantageFluency in both Hungarian and English
