Job PurposeThe role is primarily responsible to support the Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail unit to runs smoothly and effectively.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Setup and perform entire functions of different departmentsPerform daily store opening and closingHandle cashiering duties efficientlyAttend to customers' enquiries and handle feedback professionallyManage a team of Retail Assistants to provide excellent customer serviceAny other ad hoc duties as assignedJob RequirementsMinimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalentMinimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably from supermarket backgroundGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong supervisory skills and ability to manage a teamPassionate about customer service and retail sectorAble to multi-task and work independently
