Serving more than 400 million visitors annually, Panda is the largest food retailer in the Middle East.Role Description : Design learning sessions to meet the requirements of a specified curriculum or to fill gaps in existing programs; develop and maintain relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.update & follow-up of training records & filing (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, feedback forms)Interacts with external training consultants to identify course objectives and content as well as conduct training projects with external NGO Service Providers Identifies training and development needs of staff in conjunction with line managersSupport the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for Learning and Development interventions.Support others by carrying out simple policy-related tasks and following established procedures.Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representativesManage the Summer internship program from A to Z.contribute in preparation of training budget, seeks and obtains funding approval, and controls costs against budgetNegotiate contracts with clients including desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses.Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation for a newcomer.QualificationsExperience in Training & Development and delivering training programsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Coaching and mentoring employeesAbility to create and implement Training strategiesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
