Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Retail Training Supervisor to design and execute training programs aimed at enhancing frontline store employees' performance. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of retail operations, deliver training across multiple formats and store locations, and demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills. This role requires localized translation and adaptation of headquarters training materials to align with Japanese market culture, language, and business practices. Key Responsibilities: 1.Identify regional training needs through store visit and operational data analysis, developing targeted training plans.2.Design and implement retail operation training programs aligned with regional characteristics (e.g., sales techniques, customer service, process management, inventory control) based on corporate standards.3.Organize and conduct offline/online training sessions for regions/stores to ensure localized implementation.4.Collaborate with store managers and regional management to develop coaching models reinforcing core business skills.5.Evaluate training effectiveness via mystery shopping and data analysis, optimizing curricula and methodologies with the corporate training team.6.Lead localized translation and adaptation of HQ training materials, course content, and operational documents to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and executability.7.Oversee training initiatives across regional stores and support other retail operation projects. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).2.Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience, including sales, service, and store management; proficiency in retail training frameworks and customizing programs for diverse employee levels.3.Excellent project coordination, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to independently design and deliver training modules.4.Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and training sessions.5.Fluency in Japanese plus at least English or Chinese is mandatory; proficiency in all three languages (Japanese, English, Chinese) is highly preferred.6.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Additional Notes: This role serves as a critical bridge between global headquarters and local stores, demanding high cultural sensitivity and language adaptation capabilities to ensure seamless integration of global standards with local practices.
