As the VM Leadyouwill be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that enhance the aesthetic appeal ofthestore and attract customers. Conceptualize, design, and implement visual displays in accordance with brand guidelines andseasonal themes to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Maintain Visual StandardsEnsure that all visual elements, including signage, displays, and promotional materials, adhere tobrand standards and are consistently updated and refreshed to reflect current promotions andtrends. Product Placement And ArrangementStrategically place merchandise to optimize visibility, accessibility, and cross-selling opportunities,consideringfactors such as product category,colourcoordination, and customer flow. Inventory ManagementCollaborate with store management and inventory teams to monitor inventory levels, identifyslow-moving items, and recommend strategies to improve inventory turnover and sell-throughrates.

Training And SupportProvide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising techniques, productpresentation standards, and best practices for maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Support the store team when required with general athlete tasks such as selling andreplenishment. Market Trends ResearchStay informed about current industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences tocontinuously innovate and enhance the visual merchandising strategy.
