Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Retention Strategist who can help us nurture meaningful customer relationships and drive loyalty across every touchpoint.About the RoleThe Retention Strategist will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships through Email, SMS, Subscriptions, Loyalty, and Print campaigns. This role is hands-on, spanning campaign strategy, execution, and analysis. You’ll manage retention tools and platforms, build engaging campaigns, and ensure that customers stay connected, satisfied, and excited to continue their wellness journey with us.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development & Execution Plan, build, and deploy multi-channel retention campaigns across Email, SMS, and Print.Manage lifecycle flows, triggered messages, one-off campaigns, and reactivation efforts.Oversee creative development and execution for print pieces such as direct mail, package inserts, and loyalty rewards.Customer Programs & Loyalty Develop and optimize subscription offerings to boost adoption and reduce churn.Support loyalty and review initiatives to deepen brand engagement.Design strategies that encourage upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation.Audience & Data Management Segment and manage audiences for targeted communications.Pull and analyze performance data to refine retention strategies.Leverage insights to improve messaging, timing, and creative execution.Creative & Technical Execution Build and QA emails, landing pages, surveys, and print-ready collateral.Ensure email templates are visually consistent, mobile-friendly, and on-brand.Collaborate with design, product, and print vendors to ensure flawless execution.Optimization & Testing Run A/B and multivariate testing across digital campaigns and print pilots.Continuously optimize subject lines, offers, creative, and messaging.Stay ahead of retention, lifecycle, and direct-to-consumer marketing trends.Collaboration & Flexibility Manage projects and timelines using Monday (Project Management Tool).Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and operations teams.Take on additional projects and requests as needed by management. Qualifications2–4 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.Hands-on experience with the below or similar tools is a plus but not necessary: Omnisend (Email & SMS)Recart (SMS/Retention)Recharge (Subscriptions)Okendo (Reviews & Loyalty)PostPilot (Direct Mail)Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.Experience building and optimizing email templates, landing pages, and surveys.Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize accordingly.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred SkillsExperience in health & wellness, eCommerce, or subscription-based businesses.Familiarity with survey tools and landing page builders.Copywriting and design sensibility for both digital campaigns and print, including email templates.
