Revenue Analyst

We are Pertama Management, part of Pertama Property Group. We specialise in the full management of villas, apartments and boutique hotels for private owners. We take care of everything behind the scenes while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay, allowing our owners to focus on returns and growth. We are now hiring a Sales Manager (B2B) to drive partnerships, secure new management contracts, and lead owner relations with energy, structure and results. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement pricing strategies for villas, apartments, and complexesForecast demand and optimise rates using real-time and historical dataAnalyse booking trends, market shifts, and competitor activityAdjust pricing, stay restrictions, and cancellation policies based on performanceManage and update pricing across all channels via our channel manager (Book & Link)Ensure accuracy, parity, and consistency across OTAs, agents, and direct channelsBuild and deliver revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly)Provide data-driven insights to support the annual budget and forecastsLaunch and optimise new properties across all booking platformsLiaise with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and OTA partners to improve performanceTroubleshoot rate and mapping issues between PMS, channel manager, and OTAsIdentify revenue risks and propose proactive strategies to optimize revenue generationSupport the implementation and setup of a new Revenue Management System (RMS)Attend meetings and perform other tasks as required by ManagementSkills & Qualifications3+ years in revenue or yield management (hospitality or property rental industry)Proven experience with Book & Link or similar channel managerDeep understanding of OTA algorithms, rate positioning, and traveller behaviourHighly skilled in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, trend graphs, dashboards)Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailStructured, reliable, organized, and deadline-drivenStrong reporting skills and financial awarenessAutonomous, proactive, and comfortable with data-heavy tasksFluent in English, both written and spoken
