Job Description
To support the revenue management function by analyzing data, market trends, and booking patterns to optimize villa pricing, occupancy, and revenue. The Revenue Analyst will play a crucial role in developing pricing strategies, evaluating performance, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability across the managed villas.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (OTA, PMS, channel managers, market reports, etc.) to identify revenue opportunities.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly villa performance (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pick-up trends).Assist in the implementation and monitoring of dynamic pricing strategies.Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor rate parity across all channels.Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing detailed revenue reports and dashboards.Review and analyze promotion performance, stay patterns, booking windows, and cancellation trends.Recommend rate adjustments and inventory controls based on demand, market changes, and historical data.Work closely with Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment of pricing and distribution strategies.Maintain and update revenue-related systems and tools.Prepare regular performance reports for management and owners.
