#Hiring for multiple locationsThe Revenue Manager will be responsible for maintaining the rooms inventory for the hotel and maximizing revenue. The incumbent will position the recommended pricing and positioningof the property at a favorable spot basis the market. In addition, the position will formulate andexecute best-in-class selling strategies by leveraging and verifying the existing inventory management system.Revenue Analysis & ReportingAnalyze and monitor actual vs. projected sales to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.Evaluate data to recommend solutions and optimize revenue performance.Prepare accurate, timely reports and presentations for leadership review.Conduct sales strategy and market share analysis; refine strategies to meet targets.Maintain reservation system accuracy and ensure integrity of forecasting data.Support account diagnostics and validate performance conclusions.Strategy Execution & OptimizationDevelop and execute revenue management strategies aligned with market trends and brand standards.Partner with hotel and sales teams to set pricing, manage inventory, and adjust rate restrictions.Lead sales strategy meetings, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.Monitor competitive positioning and ensure accurate distribution channel content.Conduct property studies, revenue tests, and recommend process improvements.Drive initiatives that enhance profitability, value creation, and innovation.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementCollaborate with general managers, sales leaders, and corporate teams to align on goals.Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding strategy, performance, and opportunities.Support franchise partners in understanding brand value and revenue opportunities.Maintain strong internal relationships and act as liaison between property and corporate systems.Additional ResponsibilitiesUpdate executives and teams with relevant information promptly.Participate in staff, forecast, and long-range planning meetings as required.Education Qualifications & Experience requirements:Graduation or Post Graduation from an accredited university in disciplines such as Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management.08 to 12 years’ experience in the revenue management, sales or related field.Background in the business segment of hotels is preferred.Applicants must be open to relocate within India.
