This central role works closely with sales, marketing, and operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead revenue strategy and pricing for multiple hotels.Forecast and analyze performance to meet revenue goals.Manage OTA partnerships (MMT, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and ensure rate parity.Drive direct bookings through brand and corporate channels.Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and promotions.Publish regular performance dashboards for leadership.Requirements6–10 years in hotel revenue management, including multi-property experience.Exposure to brands like Lemon Tree, Treebo, Bloom, or Sarovar preferred.Strong knowledge of OTAs, RMS, and tools like RateGain, STAAH, AxisRooms, etc.Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and stakeholder communication.Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).What You’ll GainPan-India leadership exposure in a fast-scaling hospitality brand.Opportunity to build Z Hotels’ Revenue Management Center of Excellence.Fast-track career growth to AVP/National Head roles.Interested candidates can share their resume at: 📩 ankita.p@zolostays.com
