Revenue Operations Lead | AI x Life Sciences | Remote (US)$160,000–$210,000 + EquityRemote (US-based only)Series B About the CompanyWe’re partnered with a fast-growing AI company in the digital pathology space that’s redefining how the world approaches diagnostics.This organization is pioneering AI-powered virtual staining, a breakthrough technology that replaces traditional chemical staining — enabling labs, CROs, and biopharma companies to analyze tissue samples faster, more sustainably, and with greater precision.Now, they’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to build and optimize their GTM systems, forecasting models, and analytics foundation from the ground up.About the RoleYou’ll be the first dedicated RevOps hire, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and clinical teams.This is an opportunity to own revenue operations end-to-end at a category-creating company in one of the most exciting intersections in tech — AI + healthcare.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain scalable revenue forecasting models across multiple customer segments (biopharma, CROs, and labs).Own and optimize HubSpot CRM — data hygiene, workflow automation, and reporting.Design and document sales processes, onboarding flows, and success frameworks.Leverage AI tools and analytics for predictive forecasting, lead scoring, and pipeline optimization.Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product on competitive insights, lead attribution, and GTM alignment.Build dashboards and visualizations for revenue reporting and board-level visibility.Implement best practices for pipeline hygiene, conversion analytics, and deal velocity.What We’re Looking For4+ years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience.Proven experience working in early-stage or growth-stage environments (not large corporate teams).Expertise in HubSpot (or Salesforce), workflow automation, and data modeling.Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Quad, etc.) to enhance efficiency.Bonus: Experience in biotech, life sciences, digital health, or SaaS.Why This Role✅ Category-creating technology transforming clinical research and diagnostics.✅ Series B funding from one of the most respected growth investors in the world.✅ First RevOps hire — full ownership, no legacy systems to untangle.✅ Remote-first with strong compensation, equity, and strategic influence.
