Fully customizable to suit any business vertical, the platform is currently used by over 225,000 customers across more than 200 industries and in over 200 countries and territories.This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Strategy and Operations team as a Revenue Operations Manager, driving sales strategy execution, reporting, forecasting and analysis to provide the leadership team with valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth across APJ.About The RoleProven experience in business partnering with senior leaders to deliver forecasts, plans and goalsCreate, own and deliver on sales management frameworks and governance models including but not limited to forecasting, business reviews and strategic planning processesDevelop metrics, dashboards, reports and tools to support a rapidly expanding businessPrepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects and deep dives as neededPartner with regional and global Revenue Operations to own, drive and execute business efficiency improvement projectsPromote self-service through enablement, reporting, simplification and automationRequirementsThis is a hands on role, you must be a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results5+ years of experience in Revenue and Sales Operations within a global SaaS or technology companyStrong preference for candidates who’ve supported partnership teams and understand partner ecosystemsExperience with administration and configuration of Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboardsProven ability to build relationships and business partner with senior leaders across different functions within the companyExperience owning and running Annual Planning Cycles which includes strategy planning, hiring and capacity planning, territory planning and change managementKnowledge of BI Tools and SQL preferred
