Our salesforce administrators are critical to the success of our projects and retainer clients, especially smaller, less complicated ones. Role Description: The Internal Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for transforming how SaaScendoperates internally; building better processes, driving data-driven decision-making, and leadinginternal enablement. This is not a client-facing role, but one that directly impacts how everyteam, from Sales to Consulting to Project Management, operates.You will own the roadmap for internal efficiency, reporting, and operational intelligence. You’llwork closely with leadership to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and ensure we’re runningas effectively as we help our clients to.Responsibilities:1. Process Design & OptimizationMap, document, and improve end-to-end internal processes across Sales, Delivery, andOperations.Conduct deep shadowing and “Gemba walks” to understand each role’s day-to-dayworkflow.Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvements that increase scalability andpredictability.2. Reporting & Business IntelligenceConsolidate data across Salesforce, Jira, Everhour, and other internal tools into cohesivedashboards and insights.Build internal reporting frameworks for forecasting, utilization, capacity, andperformance.Introduce data storytelling, enabling leadership to make proactive, data-driven decisionsrather than gut-based ones.Implement new BI tools as needed (Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce-native analytics).3. Enablement & TrainingCreate and maintain internal SOPs, documentation, and onboarding materials.Design enablement frameworks for consultants, sales, and project teams.Support leadership with internal communications, workshops, and team coaching.Drive adoption of new tools and methodologies.4. Tooling & AutomationEvaluate and implement new tools that improve efficiency and scalability.Automate manual processes across RevOps, Finance, and PM functions using AI andworkflow automation (e.g. Make, Zapier, Nanonets, or agentic systems).Serve as the internal champion for SaaScend’s “AI-first” philosophy, ensuring thatautomation enhances the human experience, not replaces it.5. Strategic Planning & RoadmappingCo-own the internal RevOps roadmap with leadership.Build timelines, milestones, and success metrics for major internal initiatives.Continuously identify opportunities for proactive improvement in forecasting, hiringcapacity planning, and delivery operations.
