Your precision and ownership keep Blibli’s promise alive — ensuring every package, process, and interaction meets our standard of excellence.As a Reverse Logistics Junior Officer, you’ll organize and manage the physical transportation of returned products — ensuring seamless movement between customers, merchants, and Blibli’s facilities nationwide. You’ll analyze logistics performance, collaborate with partners, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to make our return management process more reliable and efficient.What We’ll Work on TogetherOperational Monitoring & Process ManagementCoordinate and monitor the end-to-end return logistics process, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.Escalate and resolve process bottlenecks or SLA deviations promptly.Develop and implement new return logistics procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.Track and report on logistics performance metrics, operational accuracy, and service reliability.Oversee day-to-day outsourced return operations and ensure effective collaboration with external partners.Asset Recovery & Value OptimizationManage and evaluate returned goods stored in warehouses to determine optimal recovery or disposal strategies.Collaborate with vendors to maximize asset recovery value and explore new channels for sales or liquidation.Provide ongoing analysis on return-related costs, process efficiency, and value realization.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork cross-functionally to analyze root causes of return issues and recommend process improvements.Establish and monitor performance metrics for both internal teams and 3PL partners.Support logistics data reporting, trend analysis, and performance reviews to enhance decision-making.What You'll Bring to the TeamBachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.Able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, can-do attitude.Why You’ll Love Working HereWe believe growth happens where people feel safe to share, fail, and try again.
