The Branch team is responsible for making sure that the branch is compliant with local regulations and offering the best service to our customers. The team will be working alongside a range of departments within Revolut Bank and the Revolut Group. We're looking for a Country Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. What You'll Be DoingActing as a key stakeholder in the Denmark branchBuilding and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growthOverseeing day-to-day 1st line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operationsProviding adequate oversight and accountability for outsourced branch functionsExecuting scale operations and working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Communications, etc.

) in Lithuania, London, and other global officesMonitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and their resolution timelines, and liaising with relevant service owners to ensure proper controlsIdentifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for RevolutSearching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceManaging critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systemsDeveloping strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial termsRunning support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAsCreating and maintaining MI for monitoring of growth metrics, risk incidents, and branch-related activityCoordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials to facilitate themWhat You'll NeedAt least a 2:

1 degree from a reputable university5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting in the Danish marketFluency in Danish and EnglishExperience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contractsExperience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operationsA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to endThe skill to break complex problems into smaller onesA natural curiosity and willingness to make an impactNice to haveExperience working with regulatorsExperience setting up a branch in DenmarkBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
