The Branch team is responsible for making sure that the branch is compliant with local regulations and offering the best service to our customers. The team will be working alongside a range of departments within Revolut Bank and the Revolut Group. We're looking for a Country Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. What You'll Be DoingActing as a key stakeholder in the Denmark branchBuilding and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growthOverseeing day-to-day 1st line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operationsProviding adequate oversight and accountability for outsourced branch functionsExecuting scale operations and working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Communications, etc.
