Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?Main purpose of the Buying Assistant – Men's role: As a buying assistant, you will assist the buying department in daily tasks, enter and manage orders, and develop strong relationships with vendors, sales analysts and the buying team. You will comprehend the buying process and complete administrative tasks as needed. This is a permanent full-time role for a candidate who has exceptional organization skills that will thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Complete order entry and managementEnsure order confirmationsEnsure trend and product detail taggingManage discrepancies and shipping updatesSend selling reports to vendorsManage vendor forms, new brand paperwork requests and fur documentsSample requests, coordination and trackingGeneral filing and record upkeep dutiesEmail correspondences in a timely and communicative mannerComplete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by managementRequired Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

High level of attention to detailAbility to multitask while staying organized while under tight deadlinesHigh sense of urgency, punctuality and timelinessMust have a strong work ethic and motivation to learnWorks well individually, as well as, with a teamAbility to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlinesFlexible and adaptable to a very fast-paced environmentMinimum Qualifications: Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Merchandising Management or similar fieldProficient in Gmail, Excel, Word and online navigationPrevious experience with data entryPreferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a showroom, buying office or fashion industry environmentA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly is $22. 00/hr to $23. 00/hr.
