RF IC Design Engineer

I am recruiting for an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join my client’s growing team in Greece. They are developing advanced RF and antenna technologies that power next-generation wireless and IoT devices. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping their future RF products while working alongside a small, highly skilled group of engineers.As an RF IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:Designing and verifying RF front-end circuits such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs and filters for sub-6GHz wireless and IoT applicationsRunning simulations, layout and parasitic extraction using industry-standard EDA toolsCollaborating with antenna, mixed signal and digital design teams to optimise system performanceCharacterising prototypes, debugging silicon and supporting test developmentContributing to architectural decisions and helping improve design flowsTo be considered for this RF IC Design Engineer role, you will need:A degree in electrical or electronic engineering, ideally with a Masterss or PhD in RF or analog designAt least 5 years of experience in RF IC design, ideally for low power or IoT productsStrong knowledge of CMOS or SiGe processes and hands-on lab measurement experienceFamiliarity with Cadence, ADS or similar design and simulation toolsThis is a great opportunity to join my client at an exciting stage of growth and work on technically challenging RF ICs with real impact.
