Job Description
Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist to support their Investor Relations and Investor Services team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on preparing and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and related investor communications. Key Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and manage RFP and DDQ responses for institutional investors and consultants. Partner closely with Investor Relations, Client Service, and Investment teams to source and validate content. Maintain and update RFP content databases and ensure messaging consistency across deliverables. Support ad hoc investor communications, presentations, and follow-up materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and accuracy. Qualifications: 3–8 years of experience in RFP, DDQ, Investor Relations, or Investor Services within the asset management or financial services industry. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills. Familiarity with RFP content databases, especially FRPIO/Responsive is a plus. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required
