AFM’s conveyor belting is produced primarily in China and shipped directly to distributors, resellers, OEMs and end-user customers. Some of the world’s largest conveyor projects use AFM’s Endurance brand belting (www.endurancebelting.com). Role SummaryAFM International Inc is looking for a well-rounded RFP & Order Execution Specialist to take on the challenge of supporting our customers and international sales team located around the globe. The RFP & Order Execution Specialist will operate within a small, collaborative office environment alongside the Managing Director, Finance Director, and the RFP & Order Execution team. The role provides critical support across both the RFP and order execution functions (with specific focus on our Spanish speaking markets). This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key ResponsibilitiesRFQ & Order ExecutionAct as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking markets, liaising with freight forwarders, brokers, and customers.Manage customer portals and support LATAM sales representatives.Action quote and order requests received from sales representative.Prepare professional customer proposals and ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment.Maintain factory production schedules; provide weekly updates to management.Coordinate logistics, shipping documentation, and post-production requirements.Track and resolve customer service issues with professionalism.Support outside sales personnel with timely updates on client activity.Ensure timely and error-free delivery of customer orders.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, along with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a corporate or administrative office setting.Fluency in Spanish is essential.Must be highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently while receiving support and guidance from the Managing Director and leadership at our Canadian affiliate.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Comfortable working with numbers on a daily basis, including calculating margins and markups for customer quotations. Must be able to accurately interpret customer requirements and transcribe them into formal quotes and orders without error.Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, including identifying dimensions such as width, length, thickness, and diameter.A proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative, a continuous improvement attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering results.Self-motivated and eager to build deep product knowledge through internal training and available resources.Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, matrix-style organizational environment where responsiveness and flexibility are key to success.Application DeadlineApplications must be submitted no later than November 18, 2025.
