To provide all the necessary support to the team and Institutional Head to maximize the sales revenue of the team. To maintain highest standard of customer service level is maintained at all times to achieve good rating on Customer Satisfaction Index measured yearly.
Group synergyTo provide support/contribute in the overall Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives to help achieve the overall Group Treasury & Global Markets revenue target. To go on joint marketing with Relationship Managers/Corporate Banking /Business Banking/Retail Banking & other Departments to sell/promote Treasury products and solutions as necessary in support of the team. ComplianceTo ensure Treasury Sales adhere to the code of conduct and applicable regulations as well as internal policy & guidelines.
