Primary ObjectiveTo enhance client experience through seamless on-boarding process while improving productivity, ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating risk Ensure consistent, centralized on-boarding process for corporate clients across RHB Group Perform due diligence checks as required for new and existing clientsEnsure compliance to regulatory requirements and updating processes where necessaryCollating and validation documentation from corporate clientsMaintain documentation in central repositoryKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison related to on-boarding (operational) and provide consistent follow up and follow through on inquires and issuesEnsure accurate and efficient corporate onboarding screening processes across entities Interact with product groups, functional groups and clients to develop understanding of client profile and requirementsGather, review and ensure validity of clients’ information and documents from internal/external sources as appropriateExecute all on-boarding related workflow activities including exchange of information and gathering of approvalsTrack, monitor and escalate potential on-boarding issues and delays as necessaryEnsure on-boarding processes are in compliance with regulatory, compliance and audit requirementsProvide input to develop/enhance internal procedures and processes in order to increase efficiencyCreation and enrichment of reference dataPerform due diligence checks for new corporate clientsPerform annual reviews of due diligence for existing clients Assist in project implementation related to on boardingAssist Head in ICAAP Material Risk Assessment (MRA) - Monitor & ReportAssist Head of CCOB in BRCO function for Client Coverage Private Sector (refer to BRO JD & BCO JD)Collate and validate documentation for corporate client onboarding Creation and enrichment of reference dataPerform due diligence checks for new corporate clientsPerform annual reviews of due diligence for existing clientsRequirementsBachelor Degree - Finance, Business Administration, Banking or equivalent professional qualifications.
1-2 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with some experience in client servicesAttention to details and effective follow up skills to ensure timely deliverablesEfficient at multi-taskingGood communication and interpersonal skills, which include the ability to build productive working relationships with other product and functional groupsHighly analytical and organizedGood problem solving skills
