We are looking for a JR Regional Controller to support part of our Region (Croatia and Slovenia), on the Controlling process. Key Responsibility Areas:

Generate and maintain financial reports and records that are relevant for business decision making on time according to the corporate deadlines. Become the Controlling partner for our successful and growing entities in Slovenia, Croatia, and BosniaSupport the implementation of new tools and ERP systemsAnalyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. Creation of Budgets and Forecasts as well as identifying risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of themImplement controls to minimize errors in data entry and reporting. Conduct regular cross-checks of financial data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Promote efficiencies and improved ways of working across designated region and ensure best practice sharing. Support all key Finance initiatives. Ad hoc projects and analyses as required. Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. SAP experience would be an assetProven experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, or a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in financial data and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. Proficient in managing tasks and responsibilities within deadlines and under time constraints.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Croatian and/or Slovenian.
