Our expert team focuses on delivering creative and precise solutions for every event. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site rigger role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The rigger will be responsible for safely assembling, installing, and disassembling stage and truss structures, as well as securing lighting, sound, and AV equipment. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, assisting in load-in and load-out operations, and providing technical support during events. Collaboration with event teams to ensure efficient and safe installations is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Experience in rigging assembly, truss setup, and stage constructionTechnical skills in handling audio, lighting, and AV equipmentKnowledge of safety standards and best practices in riggingPhysical ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipmentProblem-solving skills and effective communication for teamworkRelevant certifications in rigging or safety protocols are an assetAvailability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in event or stage production is highly preferredA proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach to work
