Job DescriptionDesign and drive implementation for consumer or small and medium-sized enterprises loans’ strategies such as but not limited to anti-fraud, collection and risk policiesResponsible for evaluating credit worthiness of new applicants and monitoring the ongoing financial performance of existing customersSetup key indicators to monitor various fraudulent behaviours and regularly summarise and optimise strategiesWork closely with (1) Local teams to consolidate system requirements and (2) Product/Development teams to oversee implementation plansConduct data analysis through daily risk exposure and profit & loss statements to present findings and recommendations to senior managementStudy business operations and the local market to make determinations about its ongoing competitive outlookConstruct reports to monitor key performance indicators, and optimise business policy and processRequirementsOpen to fresh graduates, graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, and other related fieldsExcellent analytical thinking and solid experience in data managementProficient in one of the technical tools, Excel, PPT, SQL, SAS or PythonComfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action-oriented outcomesStrong attention to details and ability to notice discrepancies in dataAbility to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executivesPrior experience in Retail/Institutional Banking, Consumer/SME Finance, Supply Chain Finance, e-Commerce, Consulting or Credit Ratings Agency is a plus
