Job Description

Job Responsibilities Coordinate the operational execution of Enterprise Risk Management. Organize cross function assessments and updates on 8 Risk Profiles (Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Compliance Risk, Legal Risk, Reputational Risk and Strategic Risk). Collaborate with various stakeholders including but not limited to Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, cross function leaders to generate and evaluate Risk Profiles and Financial Soundness Reports prior to prompt submission to OJK. Administer pre and post meeting documents of the Risk Management Committee, the Risk Oversight Committee and other Enterprise Risk Management meetings. Follow up, track and update the progress of each action items as discussed in the committees’ meetings. Actively monitor and review risk appetite, risk tolerance and limit of each risk profile, make recommendations as well as formalize company’s policies and procedures. Support the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management infrastructure, tools, and systems. In charge as one of key person during internal and external audit relating to Enterprise Risk Management. Support Ad-Hoc risk projects to grow the business healthily and prudently.Minimum QualificationsJob Requirements : Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, with major in Computer Science, Information System, IT, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, accounting or any other similar fields. Work experience less than 3 years, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply. Proficiency in ms office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and capability in Python / SQL is plus point. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
