We at Luminor believe that anyone has the potential to achieve big things and encourage everyone to achieve them, professionally and personally.Whoever you are and whatever your role is, with Luminor, you will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a local banking champion.The title of the role in the contract will be Process Excellence Specialist.How You Will Make an Impact:Support the implementation and monitoring of ICT operational risk, compliance, and audit activities within the CIO OfficeMaintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on risk, compliance, and audit actionsPrepare assurance dashboards, reports, and committee materialsTrack progress on ICT operational risk, compliance, and audit actions, coordinating with responsible ownersProvide guidance and recommendations on ICT operational risk managementFoster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation, and balanced risk managementCoordinate divisional strategic initiatives and performance reportingLiaise with internal control functions and external auditors/supervisory authoritiesEnsure awareness of relevant policies, standards, and external guidelinesCarry out other related duties as requiredWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Proven experience in ICT operational risk management, compliance, or internal control processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound risk-based decisionsExcellent planning, prioritization, and documentation skillsEffective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior leadershipProficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), MS365 applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting toolsExperience with IT and Information Security frameworks (ITIL, NIST) and IT governance frameworksExperience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworksStrong project management skills, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood awareness of regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to technology teamsBachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Business Management, or Risk Management (preferred)Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Information Security, or Agile Delivery are preferredFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here:Flexibility.
