Moladin Finance is seeking a motivated intern to join our Risk - Property Valuation department. This role will primarily focus on building and managing property-related databases, standardizing data processes, and extracting meaningful insights to support our appraisal activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with our senior appraisers, analysts, data, and strategy teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in the data collection and analysis process.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of databases related to property appraisalsStandardize data from various sources to ensure uniformity across the departmentConduct data gathering and cleaning activities for appraisal projectsCollaborate with the team to extract, analyze, and present insights from data to support property valuation effortsAssist in identifying trends, anomalies, and other key findings from property-related dataSupport in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholdersRequirementsCurrent enrollment in or recent graduate/final year student (commit full time) from a degree program in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and data management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a passion for working with dataAbout MoladinMoladin is Indonesia’s leading mobility fintech platform with end to end financing solutions for all players in the used car and EV ecosystem.
