该职位来源于猎聘 一、核心职责 1. 风控体系搭建与团队管理:牵头建立、优化并落地公司整体贸易风控体系(涵盖信用、市场、合规、物流、操作风险),制定符合国际贸易惯例及公司业务规模的风控政策、流程与标准;管理风控专员团队,确保日常风控工作高效执行。 2. 全流程贸易风险监督:监督进出口贸易全链条(从客户/供应商准入、合同审核、订单执行到支付结算及外汇处理),深度分析核心风险点(如大客户违约风险、跨境监管政策变动、重大汇率波动),为高风险业务项目(如大额订单、新市场拓展)提供决策支持。 3. 合规管理与政策适配:跟踪并解读全球及区域贸易法规(如欧盟反倾销政策、美国出口管制清单、世界贸易组织规则)及国际合规要求(如反洗钱/AML、《反海外腐败法》/FCPA、数据隐私法),牵头制定合规应对方案;组织公司层面合规培训,定期开展内部合规审计,规避监管处罚。 4. 风险缓释与事件处置:设计并推动风险缓释工具应用(如贸易信用保险、外汇对冲工具、信用证条款优化);牵头重大风险事件(如客户违约、货物损失、合规违规)的调查与处置,编制风险事件报告,推动根源性改进以防止复发。 5. 报告输出与相关方沟通:为公司管理层及海外总部编制定期风控报告(月度/季度/年度),呈现核心风险指标(如违约率、合规违规率、外汇损失占比)及改进建议;与外部相关方(如银行、保险公司、监管机构)保持沟通,对齐行业风控标准。 二、任职要求 1. 学历与专业背景本科及以上学历,国际贸易、风险管理、金融、法律、经济学等相关专业;硕士学历或持有专业证书(如金融风险管理师FRM、反洗钱师CAMS、合规专业人士CCEP)者优先。 2. 工作经验5-8年以上外资贸易公司或跨国企业贸易部门风控工作经验,且具备2-3年团队管理经验。熟悉进出口贸易操作(如报关清关、信用证处理、跨境物流)及国际商业惯例(如《国际贸易术语解释通则2020》INCOTERMS 2020)。 3. 专业技能精通多维度贸易风险(信用、市场、合规、物流)的识别与评估,具备为复杂贸易场景制定风控策略及优化流程的经验。较强的数据分析与建模能力,能使用Excel、SQL或风控系统跟踪核心风险指标,开展风险趋势分析。深入理解全球贸易法规及合规要求(如反洗钱、《反海外腐败法》、出口管制),具备处理跨境合规审计或风险事件处置的经验。优秀的英语沟通与书面表达能力(可独立撰写英文风控报告、与海外团队沟通、审核英文合同)。 4. 核心素养较强的领导力与团队管理能力,能激励团队达成风控目标。高风险敏感度,逻辑严谨,可在复杂业务环境中快速做出有效决策。优秀的跨部门及跨文化协调能力(可联动业务、财务、法务及海外总部团队)。高度责任心与抗压能力,能应对全球市场变化及业务扩张带来的风险挑战。 三、核心适配场景全球业务拓展:牵头现有业务的风险评估与管控,应对区域监管差异及本地合作方风险。大额贸易项目:监督高价值、长周期进出口项目(如大宗商品贸易)的全流程风控,规避价格波动或合同违约导致的损失。合规危机应对:牵头跨境合规事件(如监管问询、处罚通知)的处置,推动公司合规体系完善。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I. Core ResponsibilitiesRisk Management System Construction & Leadership: Lead the establishment, optimization, and implementation of the company’s overall trade risk management system (covering credit, market, compliance, logistics, and operational risks), formulate risk control policies, processes, and standards that align with international trade practices and the company’s business scale, and manage a team of risk control specialists to ensure efficient execution of daily risk management work.End-to-End Trade Risk Oversight: Oversee the entire import and export trade chain (from customer/supplier onboarding, contract review, order execution to payment settlement and foreign exchange handling), conduct in-depth analysis of key risk points (e.g., large customer default risks, cross-border regulatory policy changes, major exchange rate fluctuations), and provide decision-making support for high-risk business projects (e.g., large orders, new market expansion).Compliance & Policy Adaptation: Track and interpret global and regional trade regulations (e.g., EU anti-dumping policies, U.S. export control lists, WTO rules) as well as international compliance requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering/AML, foreign corrupt practices act/FCPA, data privacy laws), lead the development of compliance response plans, organize company-wide compliance training, and conduct regular internal compliance audits to avoid regulatory penalties.Risk Mitigation & Event Handling: Design and promote the application of risk mitigation tools (e.g., trade credit insurance, foreign exchange hedging instruments, letter of credit terms optimization), lead the investigation and disposal of major risk events (e.g., customer defaults, cargo losses, compliance violations), prepare risk incident reports, and push for root-cause improvements to prevent recurrence.Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare regular risk management reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) for the company’s senior management and overseas headquarters, present key risk indicators (e.g., default rate, compliance violation rate, foreign exchange loss ratio) and improvement proposals; maintain communication with external stakeholders (e.g., banks, insurance companies, regulatory authorities) to align with industry risk management standards.
