Join atNorth, the leading Nordic data center company powering sustainable high-performance computing — and play a key role in shaping our risk and resilience framework across the region.We are now looking for a Risk Manager to strengthen atNorth’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and ensure our operations remain secure, compliant, and resilient as we continue to grow. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across operational, cybersecurity, environmental, and regulatory areas — embedding risk awareness into everything we do.You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the Nordics to align atNorth’s risk and compliance posture with international standards such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a permanent position, based at one of our offices in Sweden, Finland, or Iceland.What You’ll DoLead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)Develop, implement, and maintain a company-wide ERM policy and strategy.Maintain the risk register, assign ownership, track mitigations, and ensure timely updates.Facilitate risk workshops, training sessions, and leadership reviews.Align atNorth’s ERM framework with recognized standards (ISO 31000, ISO 27001, COSO).Drive NIS2 ComplianceSupport implementation of NIS2 requirements, ensuring governance, supply chain security, and accountability alignment.Conduct supplier and third-party risk assessments with Procurement and other teams.Support contract compliance reviews and coordinate awareness and training initiatives.Ensure consistency between ERM, NIS2, and other standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, SOC2).Governance & ReportingPrepare and deliver risk and compliance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.Maintain documentation on mitigation actions and compliance evidence.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improved resilience.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with teams across functions to embed proactive risk management in day-to-day operations.Support atNorth’s OKRs by contributing to business resilience and ongoing improvement initiatives.About You5+ years of experience in risk management, security governance, or compliance — ideally within data centers, technology, or critical infrastructure.Strong understanding of ISO 31000, ISO 27001, and regulatory frameworks like NIS2.Proven track record managing risk registers, assessments, and mitigation planning.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset — able to turn technical risks into clear business insights.Degree in Business, Risk Management, Security, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g. ISO 31000, CISSP, CISM) is an advantage.Fluency in English, a Nordic language fluency is seen as a big merit.Background check is conducted for all our employees.At atNorth, we believe that sustainable success starts with the wellbeing of our people.
