Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice is growing in Sofia and we are looking for experienced Risk & Regulations professionals to join the team.Our goal is to deliver tangible business benefits to our clients, while keeping both the market and consumers safe. Our team comprises of risk experts, ex-regulators, and industry specialists who work alongside the client’s risk and compliance teams to achieve outcomes that go beyond compliance. With a track record for effective delivery, we design and deliver bespoke solutions to help unpick regulation and identify and mitigate against financial risk.What you will be doingUndertaking impact assessments of new emerging international non-financial regulations such as Operational Resilience, Data Privacy.Understanding how products are structured, sold and processed and considering how each of these phases will need to change in light of regulatory or process improvement initiativesMobilising complex regulatory change programmes - creating project plans and managing the delivery of these programmesCreating and implementing control frameworks across all aspects of Non-Financial Risk such as: Conflicts of Interest, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk, Cyber Security etc.Restructuring global business operations to be more efficient when considering thematic impacts resulting from various regulatory regimesTransforming front and back-office Finance, Risk and Compliance processes to increase efficiency and optimise capacityYour Skills And ExperienceWe are seeking motivated and curious professionals with 5+ relevant working experience and a passion for delivering impactful results in international environment. We have a range of open roles depending on experience of the candidates. Ideal candidates will be:You are a passionate and curious individual who has excellent relationship building and communication skills, and experience of working well in international settingsYou have experience in Consulting or Audit (external or internal functions) supporting clients with design and assessment of operational controls, risks and regulation complianceYou have successful track record of delivering complex engagements such as regulatory impact assessments, regulatory change, framework implementations, operating model designYou possess knowledge of project management techniques, governance and ability to manage key stakeholders throughout an engagementYou have strong analytical skills and ability to derive key insights from structured and unstructured dataYou have knowledge and understanding of the current regulatory landscape and key regulatory initiatives, across Financial Services and other relevant industry sectorsYou possess an understanding of how Non-financial Risk such as Operational Resilience and Data Privacy, impacts products and processesYou possess an understanding of methods of assessing risk and control effectivenessYou have experience in Risk Management Target Operating Model design and/or implementationYou are passionate about latest technological developments and keen to apply them in process optimization and data-driven decision making.Candidates should be comfortable with international travel, which may be required for up to 30% of the time.
