Job Description

Strategy & PlanningManage COBA’s funding clients under respective Corporate Banking Funding Business Head, assisting Lending-RM in funding sales – related activities and also manage funding accounts on his/her own which are not tagged / covered to/by Lending-RM.Acquiring, tapping and managing assigned group / customer (affiliates, sister coys, subsidiaries, parent companies of the lending clients), to achieve and improve determined growth and profitabilityProvide mapping and analysis of the Customer’s needs, propose and setting up Sales Funding Strategy for respective Customers.Business Performance & ManagementTo ensure the achievement of the targeted revenue components (Average Funding Volume, NII, CASA, Product holding, Cross Selling, Bank’s and COBA’s liquidity ratio – if applicable, PBT, CIR). To market Bank’s products/services to existing and potential customers and moreover to cooperate/coordinate with other group/units within the Bank to deliver products / better services that suit customer’s needs.To maintain good relationship with customers as part of a portfolio management team and carry out portfolio management activities To analyze Clients needs and behaviour and able to set up Business Strategy or Account Plan to repective Clients or Portfolio. Increase Product Holding, stickiness and profitability through cross sell. Ensure the growth of customers by closely relationship maintaining and regular monitoringManage low-cost fund, by maintain CA to TD ratioRequirement:Min. 3 years in sales, strategy and experienced in managing units on corporate funding segment from reputable Banks or financial institutions
