As Sales & Development Specialist you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,build and strengthen client relationships that will be continuously developing. You will actively developnew sales channels, and expand our client base. Responsibilities: Find new sales channels and plan and report your job in collaboration with Business DevelopmentDirector. Align with Company goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuringclient satisfactionStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales processesActively manage your own portfolio of clients while making sure to be in line in achieving sales targetsGenerate leads via personal network and industry eventsProvide excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle from initial contact to completionPresenting products to prospective Clients (remotely/live)Dealing with prospective clients via e-mail, social media, telephoneRepresent the Company at EXPOs and external meetingsMaintain an organized database of clients and prospects while providing ongoing supportSelf-Motivated and team player.
RequirementsRequirements: 3-5 years of experience in the Forex/Financial Brokerage industry, with experience in B2B is essential. Strong business network and B2B connections, particularly in Cyprus, but also Europe and Dubai. Solid understanding of FX business, CFD specifics. Very good interpersonal skills:
sales personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to close dealswith clients and exceeds targetsProactive mindset with the ability to work independently but also within teamsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a deadline-drivenenvironmentFluent English, additional languages will be considered as an advantageExperience in selling payment solutions, liquidity, or technology to brokers is a strong asset.
